Along with all DDLETB schools, Collinstown Park will be moving from VSware to Tyro as our school management system for the new school year. As a result, VSware is no longer in use by the school.
Tyro provides a very user-friendly experience for parents and students, offering easy access to school information, attendance records, reports, communications, and other important updates.
To access Tyro, you will need to download the Tyro app. Alternatively, you can access the platform through your web browser at app.tyro.school.
Over the coming weeks, you will receive an email from Tyro containing a link to create your account password and activate your account. Please note: Your Tyro account invitation may already have been sent to your email address, so we encourage you to check your inbox (and junk/spam folder if necessary).
Below are step-by-step instructions to help you set up your account.
Accessing the Tyro App
- Open your Tyro invitation email.
- Download the Tyro app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and tap Sign Up.
- Enter the same email address that received the Tyro invitation and select Send Verification Code.
- Check your email for the one-time verification code, enter it in the app, and tap Verify Code.
- Create and confirm a new password.
- Sign in using your email address and the new password you have created.
- (Optional) Enable Face ID/Fingerprint Login, create a device passcode, and allow notifications to receive school updates and access the app more easily.
Troubleshooting
- If you do not receive the invitation email, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
- Ensure that the school has your correct email address on record.
- Please note that the verification code is a one-time code only and is not your password.
